Scheduling

AV Equipment

Society for Science will provide a LCD projector, screen, microphones and sounds for the standard audio headphone port for all Symposia sessions. We do not provide phone lines, computers or cables for your laptop other than a CGA cable. Presenter must provide their own laptop. Wireless internet access is available upon request. If your presentation requires anything other than what is provided by the Society, please indicate specifics below.
