Education Outreach Program at Intel ISEF Public Day 2018

Please complete the following form to register your school for the Education Outreach Program at Intel ISEF Public Day on Thursday, May 17, 2018.  

School groups will have the opportunity to visit the Finalist Hall, where Intel ISEF finalists are available to discuss their scientific research, and to view exhibits from national & local science and technology companies and educational institutions attending the Intel ISEF. The Education Outreach Program also includes optional participation in the Intel ISEF Pittsburgh STEM Experience, an interactive series of activities designed to engage students in a variety of STEM activities with a uniquely Pittsburgh perspective. 

Schools may apply for financial assistance for busing or substitute teachers (priority submission by January 19); support will be provided based on need and the capacity of the program. Please see the financial aid section at the end of this form. Eligible schools will be reimbursed for these expenses following submission of receipts after the event.

Goals for the Field Trip



Optional activity: Intel ISEF Pittsburgh STEM Experience

In this optional activity, your students will engage in programming provided by Pittsburgh area museums, schools and organizations. These activities may include hands-on classroom sessions, mobile labs, or interactive exhibits.*

Financial Support for Transportation and Substitute Teachers
This program offers funding on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who complete this form prior to January 19, 2018 will receive primary consideration for financial assistance. Schools selected to receive funding or partial funding will be notified no later than February 9, 2018, at which point, registration will end.
